Each form corresponds to a specific aspect of the event and takes only a few minutes to complete. To ensure a smooth and well-organized event, we ask that all required forms be completed and submitted by the indicated deadlines.

Pipes and Drapes

ORDER MUST BE PLACED BY MARCH 1ST 2026
NOTE: in the past, we were accepting on-site requests for PIPES and DRAPES; unfortunately, this will no longer be possible.

The Pipes and Drapes will be installed in your exhibit space on Wednesday March 18th

By ordering from us, you benefit from our special cost of $9,50 per foot (usually ordered by length of 10')

The height is 8' tall.
PIPES AND DRAPES: Requirements

Please confirm the number of linear feet required, the color and the position in your exhibit space (when possible, please upload a diagram of the positioning)

Transport & Shipping

We accept deliveries from Wednesday 8am to Thursday 11pm
You will have access to your exhibit space:

BOARDROOMS:  starting at 8 am on WEDNESDAY,  March 18th, 2026.

BEDROOMS, SUITES, KIOSKS/BOOTH:  starting at 8 am on THURSDAY, March 19th, 2026.

Some Bedrooms and Suites might be available before this time, please contact
SARAH if you must arrive before.

NOTE: While we have moving equipments at your disposal, our team will be there to help you move your equipments to your exhibit space.   We are NOT offering full VALET service which means you have to be part of the team.

Attached is the access plan to Place Bonaventure's  loading dock ,
make sure you send a copy to your carrier.

  • You must tell us the date and approximate time of arrival of your products.
  • Please tell us if you or your staff will be present at the time of delivery of your products.
  • Please confirm what size vehicle will be delivering your equipment to help us manage traffic.
Lunch box
ORDER MUST BE PLACED BY MARCH 1ST 2026. Payment must be made before March 8, 2026.
Lunch box includes 1 sandwich, 1 raw vegetable, 1 fruit, and a dessert.
$30 + service and taxes

Service Agreement with Bonaventure Hotel
GENERAL GUIDELINES:

-  It is not permitted to consume food and beverage on site that has not been supplied by the Hotel.
Some Requests received on-site will be charged double fee.

-  Please note that banquet furniture are in limited quantity and labor fees can apply.

-  You may access the exhibit-rooms as per the follwing schedule:

        Large Room:  Wednesday, March 18, 2026 @ 8am
        Standard room & Suite:  Thursday March 19, 2026 @ 8am

-  A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for the use of the space that has been assigned to you during the Montreal Audiofest 2026. In the case where the Hotel’s infrastructures are damaged following your use, that a room re-organization is requested (furniture removal, additional amperage, repairs, etc…), the Hotel is authorized tocharge the amount necessary for payment of the items and/or services.
